Japan Probe was adopted as 2013’s “Innovative projects of manufacturing, commerce and service by small & medium-sized enterprises and small-scale enterprises” for test manufacturing and developing the “ultrasonic phased array device that is possible to transmit high power burst waves”.
This is the system for small & medium-sized enterprises and small-scale enterprises that challenge to provide innovative manufacturing and service, and it supports the development of trial products and capital investment.
Fig. is high power/high sensitivity pulser & receiver that utilizes high power burst waves. In a project that was adopted this time, we will develop the trial material of ultrasonic phased array device that is based on high power burst waves of pulser & receiver, and we plan the acceleration of the multichannel and reinforcement of Non contact Air coupled Ultrasonic Testing equipment “NAUT21” too.
Japan Probe will utilize this project, and we well promote a research and development for development of ultrasonic inspection and measurement solution.
We receive various problems and consultations about inspection/measurement from customers, and we make efforts to be a research-and-development-oriented enterprise that is possible to contribute for development of the industry.
