Japan Probe is the maker that creates equipment for testing and measuring, and 80% of their staff are stockholder. They produce motivation of the staff by introducing stock options and employment system without retirement age. As a research-and-development-type company that operate in niche fields, they put "Market in" into practice, and they developed non-contact type inspection machine "ultrasonic scanner（NAUT21）" and spread it to the world. We recognize their approach that they challenge to be a "Global Niche Top" company with changing attitude of their stuff.
