Lithium ion battery
We show the example of inside inspection for laminate type and can type of lithium ion battery without contact.
① inspection of lithium ion battery (laminate type)
The inspection of lithium ion battery is to measure distribution of electrolyte solution, air gap, evaluation of lithium ion extraction, the gluing of laminate film.
② inspection of lithium ion battery (square can type)
Ultrasonic inspection (square can type) is possible to measure distribution of electrolyte solution, air gap; evaluation of lithium ion extraction, but X-ray inspection is not find out distribution of electrolyte solution.
