② Inspection of lithium ion battery (square can type)
Ultrasonic inspection for square can type lithium ion battery is possible to measure distribution of electrolyte solution, detection of air gap, evaluation of lithium ion extraction. And we find out that X-ray inspection is not possible to measure distribution of electrolyte solution.
