UT for fillet weld in tee joint
We introduce the inspection of rough surface such as fillet weld in tee joint by soft transducer which fits the rough surface.
In the past, it was extremely difficult to detect ultrasonic inspections on rough surface such as fillet welds in tee joint.
By using our soft transducer with a soft surface, it enables to directly inspect a defect such as lack of fusion, air gap voids, cracks and so on. The Ultrasonic inspection and measurement can be performed easily.
