Overview : By using guided wave, we looked at the detection principle of the needle tip when the needle tip is punctured in the transmission direction of the ultrasonic waves.
In simulations and experiments, we observed that needle tip detection was performed using guided waves generated near the needle tip, and clarified the principle of needle tip detection in vertical puncture.
