We introduce the example that inspect a section of a crankshaft (cast iron) by our array probe “KYOKUTAN: broad band high sensitive flexible array probe”.
Iron castings are used as various parts. In the inspection of cast iron, we need to understand their unique material, generation mechanism of shrink cavity, and ultrasonic properties of them.
This is the example that inspection of a crankshaft (cast iron) by our array probe “KYOKUTAN”. This probe is possible to detect a surface layer defect.
